Introducing Scylla Cloud

Scylla Cloud is a fully managed Database as a Service (DBaaS) from ScyllaDB. Scylla Cloud (NoSQL DBaaS) runs on Amazon Web Services (AWS) I3 instances which, when coupled with the performance of Scylla Enterprise, enables scalable and performant real-time applications. Scylla Enterprise is a NoSQL database API compatible with Apache Cassandra, but delivers up to 10X the performance of other Cassandra implementations.

New Features

Scylla Cloud is continuously enhanced with new capabilities. In this May 2019 update, Scylla Cloud now includes the following features:

  • Two Factor Authentication (2FA) – You can enable 2FA on your Scylla Cloud account by selecting Account Settings (in the upper right of your screen) and then

Note that the Google Authenticator app is required at this time.
