Head of Customer Success

Palo Alto, California, USA · Full-time

About The Position

ScyllaDB is seeking a Head of Customer Success, that is primarily responsible for company-wide customer satisfaction by bridging knowledge & service gaps b/w key depts (sales, engineering, cloud, and support) and the customer.

Requirements

  • 3 Years experience in customer success, solution architect, or similar.
  • At least 3 years in tech, customer-facing positions & working with complex distributed systems such as databases. 
  • At least 2 years in managing others, working with cloud-based platforms AWS and either GCP or Azure. 
  • 2 years with Linux op. system mgmt.
  • 1 year of experience with monitoring systems DataDog or Prometheus/Grafana. 

* Travel within US req. approx. 15-20% of the time. Primary Jobsite: Palo Alto, CA.
