Premium Features and Dedicated Support

ScyllaDB Enterprise includes a ScyllaDB Enterprise license, tested and certified binaries, cluster administration and task automation, hot fixes, 24/7 technical support, and ScyllaDB Manager.

We built our enterprise database software from the ground-up in C++ to address the key issues of node sprawl, inconsistent performance, administrative overhead and high costs of Apache Cassandra, Amazon DynamoDB and other NoSQL databases.

All ScyllaDB Enterprise support tickets are now managed through ScyllaDB Cloud.

To open or view tickets:

  1. Click Go to ScyllaDB Cloud below.
  2. Log in (or sign up if you don’t yet have an account).
  3. Once logged in, open your profile menu (top right) and select Support to view or create tickets.

What You’ll Need When Submitting a Ticket

To help us investigate your issue efficiently, please include

  • ScyllaDB version (or git commit hash)
  • Cluster size
  • OS (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu/AWS AMI)
  • Platform (physical/VM/cloud instance type/docker)
  • Hardware: sockets, cores, hyperthreading, memory
  • Disks: (SSD/HDD)
  • Type of problem
  • Attach relevant logs and metrics
  • Changes that were done prior to the problem (if any)

DBAs, Architects, & System Engineers

This course is designated for DBAs, System Engineers and Architects who would like to understand the basic concepts of NoSQL and how it combines with ScyllaDB.

By the end of the day, participants will understand ScyllaDB features and advantages. They will also learn ScyllaDB architecture, installation, and monitoring. This course is the foundation for other ScyllaDB training courses.
