Marketing Programs Manager (California OR Remote)

About The Position

ScyllaDB is looking for a data-driven, Marketing Programs Manager who is excited to research, develop, execute, and rapidly scale our integrated marketing programs, including (but not limited to), webinars, account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns, community building, sponsorships, and email campaigns. You will work hand-in-hand with the go-to market team to drive the success of our marketing programs and provide campaign reporting that holds us accountable to hitting lead generation and pipeline goals.


  • Campaign planning and execution
  • Manage all aspects of the webinar production from topics strategy and metrics definition, planning, scheduling speakers and deliverable deadlines, promotion, dry-runs, recording, post-event strategy and promotion.
  • Manage and execute account-based marketing campaigns
  • Manage all aspects of the swag program and platform
  • Manage event sponsorships and coordinate conference speaking opportunities
  • Collaborate with the RevOps team to create consumable reports with actionable insights

Curious and flexible, you are ready to learn new tools, test new tactics and are:

  • Detail oriented and highly organized
  • A proactive self-starter with strong project management skills and a proven ability to take initiative, manage resources, and meet tight deadlines
  • Able to work independently and collaborate with cross-functionally with other teams
  • Analytical and have a data-driven mindset with the ability to set goals, execute and understand what makes a good test, and measure the results
  • Able to understand different developer personas and engage with all


  • At least 3 years of professional experience in B2B marketing and communications with experience marketing to a technical audience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with webinar platforms
  • Experience with email and social media marketing
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools (Salesforce, Marketo/Pardot), processes, and reporting
  • Experience with account-based marketing a plus
  • Experience in marketing to developer audiences a plus

 Location: Palo Alto, CA or remote in Pacific Time-friendly zone
