Dor is the CEO of ScyllaDB. Previously, Dor was part of the founding team of the KVM hypervisor under Qumranet that was acquired by Red Hat. At Red Hat Dor was managing the KVM and Xen development for several years. Dor holds an MSc from the Technion and a Phd in snowboarding.
Hila Fish is a Senior DevOps Engineer, with 15 years of experience in the tech industry. AWS Community Builder, Hashicorp Ambassador, and an International public speaker who believes the DevOps culture is what drives a company to perform at its best and talks about that and other DevOps/Infrastructure topics at conferences. She carries the vision to enhance and drive business success by taking care of its infrastructure.
In her spare time, Hila is a lead singer of a cover band, giving back to the community by co-organizing DevOps-related conferences (Inc. “DevOpsDays TLV” & “StatsCraft” monitoring-focused event), providing mentorship and managing programs in “Baot” (The largest technical women’s community in Israel), and enjoys sharing her passion and knowledge wherever she can, including across diverse technology communities, initiatives and social media.

Overall I have 6 years of experience and in the past, I have worked in travel, f&b, health, and social networking domains creating numerous services for end users.
Avi, CTO of ScyllaDB, is known mostly for starting the Kernel-based Virtual Machine (KVM) project, the hypervisor underlying many production clouds. He has worked for Qumranet and Red Hat as KVM maintainer until December 2012. Avi is now CTO of ScyllaDB, a company that seeks to bring the same kind of innovation to the public cloud space.
Fabricio Pinho Rucci has 23 years of experience in IT, having held several positions during this period. He started his career as an Oracle DBA, positioned himself as a specialist in SQL and NoSQL Databases and more recently decided to focus on Data Solutions Architecture. He has been at Natura for almost nine years and currently holds the position of Data Solutions Architect. He is responsible for the development of Natura & Co’s Data Platform, in addition to being a protagonist in the company’s cloud journey, supporting the modernization of the technologies used and the consolidation of the Data Driven culture.
Tzach has a B.A. and MSc in Computer Science (Technion, Summa Cum Laude), and has had a 15 year career in development, system engineering and product management. In the past he worked in the Telecom domain, focusing on carrier grade systems, signaling, policy and charging applications.
My name is Harshit Jain, I have been in the corporate industry for around 5 years now, and over these 5 years, I have worked on multiple domains like B2B, Digital Marketing, and OTT. I have been in the OTT industry for around 2.5 years now. Currently, I am working at JioCinema with the personalization team which focuses on personalizing content for individual users, promoting new content, and increasing content discoverability.
Tim has had his hands in all forms of engineering for the past couple of decades with a penchant for reliability and security. He served in the Australian Regular Army after completing his Bachelor of Information Systems (Honors) and retiring at the rank of Captain. In 2013 he founded Flood IO; a distributed performance testing platform. After it was acquired, he enjoyed scaling the product, business and team before moving on to other performance-related endeavors.
Yingjun Wu is the founder of RisingWave Labs (https://www.risingwave.com/), a database company developing RisingWave, a distributed SQL database for stream processing. Before running the company, Yingjun was a software engineer at the Redshift team, Amazon Web Services, and a researcher at the Database group, IBM Almaden Research Center. Yingjun received his PhD degree from National University of Singapore, and was a visiting PhD at Carnegie Mellon University. He has been working in the field of stream processing and database systems for over a decade.
Raphael is an engineer working on the ScyllaDB storage layer for the past 7 years. Previously, he worked on bringing new file system support for the Syslinux project, which is a suite of bootloaders for starting up Linux. He’s passionate about OS development too, which led him to work on OSv, an operating system for virtualized environments, and make contributions to the Linux kernel as well.
Daniel started his career as PhD student in the area of cloud computing with a focus on distributed databases in the cloud. Further interests cover cloud orchestration, model-driven engineering, and performance evaluations of distributed systems. After completing his PhD, Daniel has co-founded the Benchmarking-as-a-Service platform benchANT where he is responsible for the product development.
As Chief Technology Officer at SADA, Miles Ward leads SADA’s cloud strategy and solutions capabilities. His remit includes delivering next-generation solutions to challenges in big data and analytics, application migration, infrastructure automation, and cost optimization; reinforcing our engineering culture; and engaging with customers on their most complex and ambitious plans around Google Cloud.
Previously, Miles served as Director and Global Lead for Solutions at Google Cloud. He founded the Google Cloud’s Solutions Architecture practice, launched hundreds of solutions, created Style-Detection and Hummus AI APIs, built CloudHero, designed the pricing and TCO calculators, and helped thousands of customers like Twitter who migrated the world’s largest Hadoop cluster to public cloud and Audi USA who re-platformed to k8s before it was out of alpha, and helped Banco Itau design the intercloud architecture for the bank of the future.
Before Google, Miles helped build the AWS Solutions Architecture team. He wrote the first AWS Well-Architected framework, proposed Trusted Advisor and the Snowmobile, invented GameDay, worked as a core part of the Obama for America 2012 “tech” team, helped NASA stream the Curiosity Mars Rover landing, and rebooted Skype in a pinch.
Kishore Krishnamurthy is the Chief Technology Officer, where he spearheads the technology vision & execution rooted in Cloud and AI, to uniquely unlock value across the organisation. As an accomplished leader and a seasoned entrepreneur, Kishore brings over 20 years of diverse experience in building platforms ground up across a wide range of domains, including Media, Commerce, Fintech, Enterprise SaaS, Advertising, Hyperlocal, Social, Wireless, and Mobile. Kishore’s role as the CTO is enriched by his multi-disciplinary problem-solving approach and a wealth of experience in building beautiful products, scalable platforms and high performing teams. An innovator with 6 granted US patents to his credit, Kishore is passionate about leveraging technology to solve real customer problems. Before joining ZEEL, he held leadership positions at SOLV, InMobi & SureWaves. Prior to that he was the Founder CEO of Althea Systems. Kishore holds an M.S. from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, India.
Hartmut Armbruster is a senior software engineer with many years of experience designing and building solutions for high-load projects using distributed technologies. Over the past 6 years he has been working in real-time data processing at HSBC, NEX Group plc, Deutschebahn on mission critical platforms. Striving to see the bigger picture, passionate about architecture, combining, integrating, and bringing all things together.
