About The Position

We are looking for an Office Administrator to join us in a full-time position in our well-designed Israeli office at Herzliya Pituach to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures.

The role responsibilities include making office supplies arrangements, providing general administrative support to the company employees, and taking care of all maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, bills, shopping, and other errands.


More of your daily responsibilities:

  • Organize the office layout and order stationery, equipment, and groceries.
  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs.
  • Organize office operations and procedures.
  • Assist in the onboarding and offboarding process.
  • Liaise with facility management vendors such as building administration, cleaning and other services providers.
  • Take care of all holidays, birthdays, and company anniversaries presents and greeting cards for employees. 
  • Coordination of business travels
  • Yearly board meeting scheduling
  • Other day-to-day and company special projects
  • The Office Administrator should be able to the ability to accurately handle administrative duties.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (both Hebrew and English) - Must have
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.
  • Experience with a variety of office software (Google tools, spreadsheets).
  • Previous experience as an Office administrator would be an advantage.
