Talent Acquisition Specialist

About The Position

ScyllaDB is looking for a talent acquisition specialist to help us find talented candidates and build our global organization.

Scylla is the developer of open source real time, big data database.

What will you do?

  • Be part of the hiring process for various roles. 
  • Understanding the necessary skills and requirements to effectively identify, recruit and hire the best engineering and technical talent
  • Global and local recruitment 
  • Reviewing and screening CV's on a daily basis
  • Conducting in-depth phone interviews
  • Implementing and utilizing effective sourcing tools and advertising on social networks to attract highly qualified candidates.
  • Keep candidates up-to-date and informed throughout the hiring process
  • Working with the hiring managers in order to find the best talented candidates. 
  • Working with a recruitment system - Comeet
  • Organizing welfare activities and being part of HR projects. 

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as a technical recruiter for Hi-tech companies.
  • Proven sourcing skills.
  • Experience working with Social Media platforms (such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub and more).
  • Great interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in organizing welfare activities.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Hebrew and English).
  • Strong team player, positive and can-do approach.
  • Able to follow up and get things done in a fast-moving and changing environment.
  • Independent and able to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Creativity and quick learning ability

 

Good to have:

  • Experience working with “Comeet”
  • Prior experience in Global recruitment
  • Prior experience working in a startup company
